To use our service is nice and easy, starting from online booking.
Once you have arrived to ParkinGO, hand over the keys of your car to one of our staff (except in ParkinGO Fiumicino and ParkinGO Bergamo, where you keep them) who will check your vehicle and fill in your acceptance form.
At the reception hand in the booking confirmation and your travel documents, pay for the parking and any extra services, choose whether to leave your personal belongings in a safety box free of charge. You'll receive a receipt with details of your return and the instructions of your pick-up.
Payments are possible by cash or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express).
The shuttle bus driver will load your luggage and will drive you to the exact gate of your airline in a matter of minutes!
